The Challenges
You are to provide quality coordination and assistance in all areas necessary to facilitate patients and family members requests, and enhance their positive experience with our hospital.
You will join a team of client relations personnel who are rostered through the various work functions. This will give every staff greater job exposure and provide opportunity for career expansion.
The main areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:
  • Handling enquiries/requests coming through the call centre
  • Providing assistance and services in the service centre
  • Processing appointments and admissions
  • Chaperoning patients
  • Daily ward visitation

In this role, you are required to be on call on a scheduled basis (minimum once a month amongst 4 colleagues) to handle air evacuation or other urgent medical emergencies.
The Requirements
  • Minimum GCE O Level qualification with working experience
  • Meticulous and possess good organizational and coordination skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Driven, passionate and service minded
  • Able to exercise initiative, manage pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Multi-lingual with proficiency in more than one Asian language will be an added advantage
