Responsibilities:
Work closely with CEO of the company to provide administrative and secretarial support to ensure smooth running of the business.
Ensure and maintain a good level of communication across the regional leadership and group companies
Manage responses to emails, messages, and other communications
Administrative duties include but not limited to scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, claims submissions, arranging meetings
Organize travel and accommodation
Preparing of meeting minutes
Ability to handle and manage confidential information
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience supporting senior management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Driven, resourceful and good working attitude
Team player, able to work well with multiple stakeholders and build rapport in a fast-paced environment
High level of integrity, independent and committed with high level of initiative
Experience in using the functions of MS office, Teams, Zoom, Skype and other communication tools
Solid organizational and prioritizing skills with ability to multi-task
Comfortable interacting at all organizational levels
