Job Description

To promote corporate branding and support the development and implementation of NHGD's communication and marketing strategies.

Job Responsibilities

Corporate Branding and Communications
  • Develop and drive a communication plan to promote NHGD corporate branding to the public and potential clients, partners and employees.
  • Identify and craft impactful stories for profiling NHGD's services and achievements on its internal and external communications platforms such as NHGD website, Workplace@Facebook, yearbook, etc.
  • Conceptualize and develop effective marketing communications campaigns to support business and community outreach needs, including overseeing the design and production of marketing collaterals, banners, posters, Mobile Fleet decals, etc.
  • Maintain and update the corporate website to ensure all content is current and relevant.

  • Coordinate with Group Corporate Communications department on any national, cluster, joint media matters to ensure NHGD is appropriately represented.

  • Organize and support corporate events, roadshows, and marketing outreach to raise profiles and enhance corporate image.

Other Duties as Assigned
  • Lead / participate in special assignments, cluster projects, and department initiatives as assigned.

Job Requirements
  • Recognized Bachelor Degree in mass communications, public relations, marketing, or related fields with at least 3 - 4 years of relevant experience
  • Prior experience in writing for publications or related media in healthcare setting will be a distinct advantage.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop and Canva to design marketing collaterals, posters, and social media content for campaigns and events.
  • Experience in updating website contents and editing video clips will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with a passion for excellence
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Creative yet meticulous with a flair for writing
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills
  • Willing to work on weekends for events/projects

The National Healthcare Group (NHG) is a group of healthcare institutions in Singapore. The group was formed in 2000 and operates several hospitals, national specialty centres, and polyclinics. Tan Tock Seng Hospital is the largest hospital in the group and serves as the flagship hospital for the cluster.In November 1999, then-Minister for Health Lim Hng Kiang announced that Singapore's public healthcare institutions would be reorganised into two delivery networks, or clusters.In October 2000, the formation of the two clusters - National Healthcare Group and SingHealth - were officially completed.
