Job Description
You will support the SGH fundraising and development team in finance, grant-making and administration. Working with like-minded colleagues to inspire positive changes through philanthropy, you are adept at a variety of tasks-from gifts processing, grant award administration, organising meetings and events to procuring office supplies. Your role supports and enables the department’s work with accountability, governance and compliance.
Your areas of responsibilities include:
  • Gift registry and processing - receipting of donations and sending thank you emails/letters
  • Pre-post grant award administration - issuance of award letters, monitoring receipts of progress reports
  • Finance and administration – payment, tracking of budget usage, procurement
  • Support for secretariat duties and events
  • Organizing meetings and schedules

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree or its equivalent
  • Minimum three years of relevant experience
  • Relevant experience preferably in an IPC / charity would be an advantage
  • Proficient and experience in MS Office
  • Meticulous and take initiatives in his/her work
  • Strong in project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-tasks and can manage more than one project at the same time
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in managing diverse stakeholders
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
