Job Description :
You'll be part of a team responsible for managing the OCBC performance management framework and system. This involves engagement with stakeholders, within and outside of Group Human Resources Division, to make sure that the performance management system framework is continually reviewed to stay relevant to organisational, business and employee needs. Qualifications
University degree in any discipline with more than 8 years of working experience.
