Job Description:

  • Administrative duties include daily sorting and distribution of mails and arranging for courier services
  • Office maintenance and repair
  • Maintain and replenish office stationery and pantry supplies
  • Check and ensure prompt settlement of all invoices
  • Assist in HR functions (including recruitment, on-boarding and training registration matters)
  • Organise and coordinate all staff events
  • Any other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related specialization
  • Proficient in MS Office Application
  • Meticulous and organized with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible, proactive and positive attitude
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work with minimal supervision to meet deadlines
