JOB PURPOSE
Supporting the Deputy Director of Quality Resource Management you will be working with Manager and Assistant Manager to provide assistance and follow-up on initiatives and programs related to Quality, Patient Safety and Risk Management within Group Quality and Clinical Governance and across NHG institutions.
You would be part of the NHG Harm Reduction Collaborative team. The role includes working with cross-functional stakeholders to provide secretariat support for project meetings and events, managing and coordinating the initiative. You will be able to develop your skills in managing multiple stakeholders, optimise event procurement management processes, gain exposure to the effective use of various IT tools, apply quality improvement knowledge, and experience a multi-institution collaborative first hand.
You will provide assistance, follow-up on initiatives and programs related to Quality, Patient Safety and Risk Management in the department and across NHG Institutions. You shall assist the Assistant Manager to prepare relevant patient safety related reports with proposal and recommendation for discussion at leadership meetings (e.g. Quality Directors meetings, Clinical Board meetings, etc)
Other additional functions include assisting in departmental activities such as Quality Day event, Secretariat for ad-hoc workgroups, identify opportunities to collaborate with internal and external partners for Quality Improvement and Patient Safety related matters.JOB REQUIREMENTSEducation/Training/Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in clinical project implementation, coordination and event management will be an advantage.
  • Professional Healthcare License preferred, e.g. Pharmacist, Nurse etc.
  • Possess good organization, project management and preferably with data analytical and good writing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
