  • 5days/City Hall area

Our client is one of the leading MNCs in HR solutionsResponsibilities:
  • Finance
  • Manage bookkeeping in Quickbooks system (pre-requisite)
  • Prepare and analyse monthly Financial report, quarterly reports as well as file yearly financial statements; make arrangements for annual audit and corporate secretarial
  • Ensure timely local and statutory reporting and related compliances e.g. filing quarterly local closure reports to MOM and quarterly GST reporting
  • Ensure regular preparation of invoicing to the clients with all documents duly submitted.
  • Handle the monthly payroll on Easypay
  • Assist BU leaders/consultants and interface with their respective clients to ensure prompt AR collections
  • Support management in adhoc financial reports including incentive simulation, management reporting and other analysis projects to support certain business decisions.
  • Coordinate and manage annual budgeting and related processes working with the BU heads
  • Coordinate with tax and audit suppliers annually to ensure compliance
  • HR/Admin
  • Perform full spectrum of office administration duties including but not limited to upkeep of office leased equipment/assets, replenish and maintain pantry and stationary supplies including name cards
  • Facilities Management, including managing suppliers, building management and service vendors
  • Maintenance of IT general matters (with external IT vendors) including creating email accounts, user and create users email for booking of meeting room etc
  • Administer lease agreements, copier, insurance and license renewal for the office
  • Checking all monthly employees claims, ad-hoc employees leave for payroll administration; file the annual tax returns for the employees

  • Bachelor Degree in Accountancy/ACCA related qualifications
  • 3-5 years accounting experience in payroll, full sets accounts and HR admin experience is required
  • Proficient in Quickbooks and payroll software Easypay is a must

  • Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9am - 6pm
  • Location: Central
