Finance Management, Controlling & Reporting:
- Responsible in financial reporting (monthly, quarterly and yearly) to the group
-Monitor and analyse profitability including cost and loss factor analysis associated with management reporting.
-Provide effective and concise analysis of the financial position of the business to make recommendations to business leaders.
-Prepare and consolidate business plans and forecasts as requested by the management.
-Controlling in timely and accurate manner
-Costing and overhead expenses update the variance analysis.
-Review the pre-publish results with General Manager and Head of Departments.
-Present post results to team members in monthly meetings.
-Lead and prepare the yearly budget and forecast with the Managers and team members.
-Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting for effective business decision support.
-Forecast cash flow
Operational Finance & Accounting:
-Liaise with operations and shared services center
-Hedge on foreign currency exposure and evaluate results.
-Work with Human Resources Department and Shared Service Center on clocking issue
-Perform annual stock count
-Preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirements
-Liaise with external auditors in preparation for and during annual audits.
Risk Management, Governance & Control:
-Ensure the effective management and internal control system are in place
-Responsible for any compliance reporting and significant risks are highlighted, assessed and responded timely (ie audit, bank reporting, enterprise risk management, control self-assessment, e-Tender, Group Internal Audit, Third Party Associates)
-Maintain strong internal controls, reporting standards and ensure compliance with Group and Company's accounting and reporting requirements.
-Any other projects as assigned.JOB REQUIREMENTS
-Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent
-Minimum 5 years of experience in similar capacity
-Strong analytical skills and meticulous and proficient in MS office especially in MS excel
-Reliable and independent team player
-Business minded to support general manager and head of departments from financial perspective
-High integrity and able to handle challenges, fast-paced environment and dynamic culture.
-Experiences in JD Edwards and SAP are added advantage.BUSINESS UNIT
