Finance Operations Sr Advisor - CSB GBO

You will:
  • Work closely with finance controllers ensuring seamless distribution of semi-annual/quarterly targets to all sales reps & managers & Work with the Sales organization and Finance teams to ensure compensation plan data elements are correctly and promptly loaded in the compensation systems, assists in the development of business policies conduct special financial
  • Drive complex projects while maintaining project quality, finances, governance
  • This would also include extracting historical data & trend analysis, use basic sales measurement models and diagnostic tools to identify sales performance indicators, key areas of opportunity
  • Be the key point of contact for all aspects of the stakeholder engagement, building strong and seamless relationships by maintaining communication with Finance, Marketing & Sales teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, plan and implement new business development initiatives and Deliver complex, high-risk projects while maintaining project quality, finances, governance, and focus

Essential Requirements
  • Assists in the development of business policies conduct special financial and business-related studies and align with other departments in the preparation of analyses.
  • Understands the business process and purpose of the functional area and places issues in the context of organizational and functional objectives through project management techniques.
  • Analyze data, formulate conclusions and provide summary analysis and interpretation to business leadership
  • Simplify and standardize reports at regular intervals, define and influence metrics definitions from a global perspective
  • Design, run and implement reporting to support the business and collaborate with other groups to provide feedback and help in process improvement
