This is an exciting opportunity to be part of Private Client Services by Mercer (PCS), a market leader in providing risk management propositions, with a focus on integrated life insurance solutions for High Net Worth (HNW) clients with their wealth planning needs in mind. With offices across Singapore, Hong Kong SAR, China Mainland and Zurich, we build long-term partnership with global financial institutions and work in close partnership with major private banks and trustees globally to serve HNW clients in over 50 markets.

We will count on you to:

. Be responsible for the development of new business and client acquisition through the network of PCS Referral Partners such as Global Private Banks, Securities Firms, Asset Management and Family Offices by building and fostering relationships with respective private bankers and wealth planners

. Build and foster rapport with wealth planners, team leaders and market heads in order to drive referral opportunities with HNW clients

. Work closely with the private bankers, wealth planners and client advisors to understand the HNW clients profiles, needs and expectations in order to provide appropriate advices/ recommendations on life insurance solutions. Core to this responsibility is consultative consulting adopting a client centric and issues led approach.

. Identify opportunities to introduce other Mercer and Marsh McLennan Lines of Business and Deliver the Whole Firm, enhancing our relationship with Clients and Referral Partners.

. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and operational procedures/processes

. Achieve sales targets set by the Company through building a strong sales pipeline and activities

What you need to have:

. Degree with at least 5-6 years experience in Sales/ Business Development with direct experience the private banking, Securities, Asset Management or Insurance industry as a Relationship Manager/ Insurance specialist in the High Net Worth segment.

. Performance driven, results focused and proven sales track records in promoting Universal Life and/ or other life insurance products

. Be technically proficient in the HNW product and services in this segment and with ability to work collaboratively across the globe

. Strong presentation skills, an excellent communicator with client facing experience and existing ultra HNW client relationships

. A team player that possess good interpersonal skills with excellent communication and negotiation proficiencies.
