The banking industry is undergoing a fundamental shift and FRANK by OCBC is positioning itself to be an innovator across its retail, product and marketing groups.
FRANK is looking for a digital marketing champion who is ready to be the team's content campaign analyst/strategist. This role will plot the course of our content across all platforms including web, social and app. In addition, the role will support our digital advertising campaigns because after all that's content too right The goal is to have a customer journey from ad to app that is thought through and seamless.
This role will help guide the production of content (videos, ads, articles, edm, sms, push) to engage, entertain and educate in various measures in order to fulfill the FRANK goal of enabling greater financial literacy and independence within our target audience.
The ideal candidate will have a background in content curation with a track record of growing social media, web and app audiences and traffic. Clear focus on numerical targets around traffic, engagement and flowing through of traffic to actions.
In addition, this person will be adept at retrieving, analyzing and drawing actionable conclusions from data. They will need to have the whole picture of our customer journey flows, optimize them and take them to areas that give the most information and potential opportunities for conversion. They will create reports for the team and make recommendations on content and digital campaigns based on data findings.
Candidate will also have experience in creating digital marketing campaigns including writing briefs for agencies, defining clear KPIs and managing agencies toward performance goals with the ability to modify campaigns based on data findings.
  • Own the end to end customer content journey across all FRANK digital properties (web, social, app).
  • Drive audience, engagement, traffic numbers across all FRANK digital properties and own key KPIs like action rates.
  • Leverage FRANK AdTech and MarTech solutions to deliver content personalisation and increase uptake in user acquisition.
  • Analyse incoming data across digital properties and paid media and deliver insights to FRANK team for activation.
  • Partnership with internal data groups to utilise data science to deliver marketing automation.
  • Support FRANK marketing team on digital campaigns including briefing and managing agencies.

  • Must be independent and comfortable working in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Preferred expertise and training in Adobe Experience Cloud such as Analytics, Audience Manager and Target.
  • Preferred solutioning but not mandatory includes Unica, Acoustic and Adjust.
  • Experience running digital acquisition and usage campaigns thru paid and owned channels.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Knowledge of social media and digital advertising performance tools and dashboards.
  • Proven data analysis skills and reporting including use of spreadsheets and powerpoint to generate reports.
  • Minimum 7 years working experience running digital and content campaigns.
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
