Summary of Job ResponsibilitiesThe Front Office provides check-in, check-out and meet-and-greet services for our hotel guests at Marina Bay Sands.
We attend to guests in accordance with the Marina Bay Sands Service Quality Review Standards, and strive to meet our guests preferences and requests to create an unforgettable arrival experience.
Job Responsibilities- Accomplish day-to-day operational tasks to provides guests with an unforgettable arrival and departure experience. Tasks include but are not limited to, welcoming and directing guests, handling room registration, and meaningfully engaging guests.
- Handle cashiering activities such as deposits and foreign currency exchange, night audits, and credit card settlement for express check-outs.
- Be meticulously attentive and anticipative towards guests needs.
- Equipped with adequate knowledge of overall products and services found in Marina Bay Sands and in Singapore, to make sound recommendations to guests.
- Intrinsically driven to deliver personalized guest experience through inter-department collaborations across the Integrated Resort. Relevant departments include Front Office Groups, Facilities, Housekeeping, Finance, and Gaming teams.
Job RequirementsEducation & Certification- Applicant must be a full-time matriculated student
- Internship must contribute to school graduation requirements
Experience- Prior experience in a hospitality setting or customer-facing role would be a bonus
Competencies - Possess a good command of spoken and written English.
