We are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer (GESP & Energy) to join our Honeywell Building Technologies team in our Singapore office. Reporting to the Field Service Manager / Advanced FSE, your focus will be to manage the existing GESP Performances Contract Accounts and Energy Management System Contracts.
Summary:
.Promote awareness and implementation of energy efficient and energy conservation measures for current GESP accounts to meet the Chiller System kW/Ton baseline through reducing energy consumption, improving facility infrastructure and reducing carbon emissions.
.Provide technical, contractual and financial assistance on energy contract accounts seeking to leverage the GESP Master Contract to implement energy efficiency and renewable energy projects
.Providing technical assistance to ensure the Measurement and Verification (M&V) Plan is properly performed throughout the performance period of the contract .
.Responsible for ensuring high quality delivery of services to Honeywell's clients through assisting in the management of service engineers, field technicians and ACMV sub-contractors
.Management of team's work load, improvement of processes and systems, technician and sub-contractor management, verification of works, client liaison and escalation, financial forecasting and control of jobs including administering of variations and associated invoicing/project progress claims
.Work and deliver other areas within Honeywell to deliver process and KPI of safety, cash-flow, customer surveys, works order closure, analytics of energy accounts connected services wins.
Key Responsibilities:
.Revenue and Margin Growth
oDevise the strategy to drive GESP and EMS contract, retrofit and Spot opportunities within the existing contract base to achieve defined revenue and margin goals for the team and district
oResponsible for enhancing the quality of services and performance KPI that are being provided to the customers. To liaise with customer to understand the exact needs of their operations. Plan, organize and lead team engineers, technicians and ACMV SI to ensure work is delegated properly so that efficient services are being rendered to the end customer.
oTechnical consulting, design and implementation support to the service business and customers. This includes pre-sales support to the account team and technical lead on projects to grow business
oReport to Field Service Leader and provide supervision and support to team on deliverables of GESP/EMS and ESCO Certifications of Honeywell contract accounts.
oFault Diagnosis/technical support on ACMV & Plant Chiller Systems.
.Customers
oContract Retention
oEnsuring customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients, Customer surveys and NPS targets and achievement of Chiller kW/ton performance and baseline
oSite audits.
oEffectively meet customer needs, build productive customer relationships and take responsibility for customer satisfaction.
oEnsuring delivery of value to Honeywell clients and customers.
oAttend and contribute to GESP and EMS Account Planning sessions.
.Health, Safety and Environment
oEnsure Playbook activities are completed each month.
oHSE assessments are carried out and updated annually for all contracts and projects.
oHSE Safety Plans are available at sites as required.
oAttend and participate in all HSE team meetings.
oReport safety observations (SOS)
oCarry out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks as per company policy and procedures.
.Financials
oAssist with the financial control according to agreed budgets and plans.
oForecast financials monthly and analyse throughout the month.
oEstimates materials costs and quantities and ordering parts.
oAssist Field Service Leader with outstanding debt recovery and under-billed projects.
oUtilise and promote HIET and CPQ usage.
.Quality
oDevelopment and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information as instructed by the Field Service Leader.
oEnsure team documentation is current and participate in internal and external audits as required.
Key Success Factors (Key Metrics / KPIs / Deliverables)
.Meeting the baseline deliverables of Chiller System kW/Ton and further improve performance baseline
.Timely completion of scheduled Chiller system and ACMV maintenance tasks an ad-hoc repairs
.Adherence to Honeywell Policy & Procedures.
.Customer Survey KPI (satisfaction, Advocacy).
.Contract Growth (Revenue).
.Core Customer Retention.
.Timely and effective financial forecasting.
Key Experience & Capabilities:
.Completion of an Engineering Bachelor Degree
.Intermediate to High computer skills
.3-5 years of relevant work GESP and ESM experience
.Ability to manage self and assist others, including contractors, to work in a safe manner
.Ability to identify safety improvements in the workplace
.Ability to acquire and demonstrate trade skills and/or product knowledge to meet the requirements of the role
.Ability to apply knowledge and understanding of Honeywell products to develop solutions that meet customer requirements
.Ability to interact and build relationships with customers
.Ability to manage jobs and/ or projects to standards, budgets and deadlines, this includes the ability to carry out risk assessments and complete forecasts
