Details of the Division and Team:Global Real Estate (GRE) formerly Corporate Services, provides world class real estate and facilities management services to deliver superior commercial value for the Bank. We are constantly looking for improvement opportunities - looking for ways to extract more value or generate increased revenue, whether by transforming existing products, services and processes or by innovating to do something completely different. As we build out the GRE model we will collaborate with partner functions to identify opportunities to transfer in complementary services - specifically those which are delivered franchise wide, which touch the workplace and which can be optimized for greater effectiveness

Your key responsibilities:
Regional leadership and management of all RSM activity, including search and definition of best practices and driving continual improvement
Performance management ensuring effective standards in capability are set and maintained, including vendor-managed availability services
Financial management of all RSM activities across the region and associated reporting adherence to tolerances/policy and optimizing cost-benefits
Governance, process and policy management, informing global strategy in support of the Global Head RSM, regulatory and risk management compliance and conformance
Commercial efficiency to drive the best long-term economic solutions for the bank's recovery capability, including SDM and vendor partnerships for Service Delivery in all areas
Stakeholder influence and management at regional level, across the lines of business within the bank and regional management
Your skills and experience:
5 - 10 years in experience in project, programme, procurement, contract, vendor, financial, change and process management, or demonstrable aptitude
Prior experience in project, programme, procurement, contract, vendor, financial, change and process management, or demonstrable aptitude
Credible experience in delivery of enterprise resilience functions (Corporate Security, Crisis Management, Business Continuity Management or equivalent) and/or Global Real Estate
Proven experience managing and enhancing Risk & Control frameworks to meet risk appetite and regulatory requirements
Proven experience and success in operational design, delivery and optimization
Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirement applies
