Job Description

.Nearest MRT Station: Toa Payoh
.3 Months Contract

Working Hours:
Monday- Thursday: 8.30am - 6.00pm
Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Job Scope:
.Send email invitations to healthcare professionals (including doctors, dentists, Oral Health Therapists, pharmacists, TCM physicians and acupuncturists), VIPs and guests and collate RSVP.
.Attend to straightforward email enquiries relating to the Pledge ceremonies.
.Carry out administrative and logistics preparation for the events.
.Assist officers to source for vendors for onsite events.
.Provide administrative and logistics support on event day (virtually and/or onsite).
.Update pledge attendance in Professional Registration System (PRS) after event, generate pledge certificates and email them to healthcare professionals
.Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:
.Min. Diploma and Degree above
.Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel
.Meticulous with attention to details
