Kiosks Collective, a Singapore-grown food and beverage kiosk operator that was founded in 2012. The group has rolled out various innovative concepts for kiosks to date, including Pezzo, Crave, Fruce, Ya Lor Braised Duck, A Noodle Story and Lucky Dumplings.

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

This role is responsible for providing full spectrum of HR support to Kiosks Collective. He/she provides advice to management and leads the HR Team covering a full range of HR disciplines including talent management, compensation & benefit programme, performance management, payroll employee relations and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead recruitment to meet demands of business growth.
  • Oversee and maintain the talent management structure.
  • Preparing relevant reports and provide updates on talent management metrics.
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies, systems and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Partners with Business Unit Managers to understand their business needs and provide them with guidance and support on their current and future workforce planning/manpower needs.
  • Oversee and manage the compensation and benefit programme.
  • Oversee and ensure timely and accurate execution of monthly payroll processing, statutory submissions and HR reports.
  • Act as business partner in providing advice, guidance and co-developing solutions with divisions and departments on HR matters.
  • Ensure organisational compliance with regulatory requirements especially on work place health and safety and keep abreast of changes in compliance requirements.
  • Timely submission and reporting of management/statutory reporting to the management and government authorities.
  • Plan, review, formulate and implement HR policies, with an effective performance management system that suits the organizations needs, and also aligned with the organisation's objective.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives including communication, team meetings, feedback sessions, recognition programs etc, to enhance organizational capability and effectiveness.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor degree, preferably in Human Resource Management
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experiences
  • Strong analytical skills and conceptual abilities
  • Strong communication (both spoken and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Professionalism and integrity in handling confidential matters
  • Experience in F&B sector preferred
