Job Description



Key Responsibilities
Expert in at least one of the R&D discipline (RF, sensor, motion, SEM)
1. Support R&D module owner in 'Off & On Tool' Module Integration, Calibration and Qualification
2. Qualify Module performance to spec (on & off tool)
3. Support R&D development (C&F) activities.
4. Support demo activities at customer site.
Lead Qualifications:
1. At least 4 years of experience in Wafer Fabrication Semiconductor tools (CVD, PVD, Implant or Etch Module).
2. Lead Qualification of non-system components (isolated from application)
3. Provide risk assessment.
4. Define & execute Qualification plans Define, execute and qualify calibration procedures (off and on tool).
Tool owner - Expert in tool Build and Integration.
High debug ability and 3rd level of escalation to modules that are within area of expertise
Functional Knowledge
  • Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines

Business Expertise
  • Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market

  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements

Problem Solving
  • Solves complex problems takes a new perspective on existing solutions exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information

  • Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams works within broad guidelines and policies

Interpersonal Skills
  • Explains difficult or sensitive information works to build consensus
