Head of Client Services and Account Management
Lead client servicing, build client relationships and drive the service quality process at the client level.
  • Responsible for the development and execution of overall business plans both internally and in partnership with clients.
  • Manage relationships with clients at appropriate levels to ensure continued confidence in the company.
  • Manage relationships with key clients ensuring expectations and satisfaction are met with the level of service received.
  • Ensure process and procedures are adequate to meet quality standards and are consistently applied and regularly reviewed within the department.
  • Evaluate operational effectiveness and make suggestions to streamline functions.
  • Develop ideas for new products and services to expand business opportunities and better meet client needs.
  • Participates in new business process including review of proposals, prospect presentations, staffing allocations, etc.
  • Provide and service client's enquiries and complaints via multi omni-channels
  • Assist clients with onboarding enquiries and account opening processes
  • Provide guidance and assistance to clients on how to use both the trading and mobile application
  • Risk monitoring on client's margin exposure and report such occurrences to the Head of Risk
  • Ensure client's trading activities complies with internal and group compliance policy and procedures
  • Educate clients on various exchange trading rules and regulations
  • Collaborate and work internally on any dealing, technical, operational, IT or trading issues from clients.
Drive sales and maximize associate revenue
  • Good sales / cross-product knowledge of the services provided by Valuable Capital and the ability to bring all elements together seamlessly in order to deliver the right client solution.
  • Refine and implement sales and marketing strategy to improve Valuable Capital's client footprint and maximize associated revenue.
  • Drive origination, pipeline and sales.
  • More than 5 years of relevant working experience within the capital markets industry with detailed understanding of the securities and futures derivatives services business.
  • CMFAS license(1,2,5,6,6A) is preferred. Prior dealing experience would be an added plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Banking, Financial Services, Business Management or similar fields.
  • Strong communication, account management and client servicing skills.
  • Client obsessed mindset with a proven track record in sales and account management
  • Ability to engage and manage relationships with internal stakeholders
