Responsibilities:
As the Head of Creator Solutions, you will lead and develop a high performing team of Creator Strategists across the Asia Pacific region. The Head of Creator Solutions is responsible for the following:
- Lead and develop a regional team of Creator Strategists by setting the vision, strategy, objectives & key results (OKRs), and mentoring team members.
- Deliver, refine and optimise our approach to delivering 360 degree campaign execution and servicing for key clients across the whole creator marketing campaign life cycle.
- Managing our relationships with third party influencer marketing agencies to help us scale our managed service proposition to clients across Asia Pacific.
- Act as test partner for alpha projects being rolled out from the TCMS product org which is seeking to make creator marketing more scalable, accessible, efficient and accountable for brands and creators alike.
- Partner with cross functional teams within TCMS and Sales to ensure alignment on key strategic initiatives & business outcomes.
- Work closely with regional sales and marketing leaders to define and execute strategies and innovative approaches that drive revenue and client activations.
- Bi-monthly regional performance reporting with emphasis on accurate forecasting from pipeline management.
- Play a key role in defining and showcasing creative best practice externally through the lens of creators
This role reports into the Head of Regional Growth and Operations, APAC, and will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product leadership teams.
Position Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in an influencer agency, social media, or start-up environment.
- 3+ years of people management experience, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
- Deep understanding and first-hand experience working with social influencers for end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns.
- Extensive experience in cross-functional leadership and collaboration, resource coordination and project delivery.
- Excellent client service approach and ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.
- Solid understanding of digital advertising concepts, metrics and terminology.
- Interest in creator economy, social issues, breaking news and popular trends in Asia Pacific, a good understanding of pop culture and a sense for trends and virality.
- A data-driven approach to working with creators, content and community.
- Proficient language skills in English, other Asia Pacific language skills a plus.
