RESPONSIBILITIES
  • The Head of Planning & Customer Experience provides the supply chain planning and customer service leadership for OBFS business that includes demand & supply management, order management & customer collaboration, inventory management, cost optimization and other related activities that includes growth/support projects.
  • Reporting to the Head of Integrated Planning & Operation, the individual will work cross-functionally to develop and execute the demand plan while constructing a sound supply plan that maximizes customer service at an optimal cost-to-serve.
  • He/she will partner closely with sales and logistics teams to deliver superior customer service and experience to all OBFS customers
  • The individual will develop a team of demand/supply planners and customer service agents and lead the attainment of key performance metrics in customer service, forecast accuracy, inventory, cost/budget and customer experience survey, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
  • Professional certifications e.g. APICS, SCOR and LEAN will be added advantage
  • More than 10 years of relevant supply chain management experience from a Retail/FMCG industry with minimum 5 years of demonstrated direct people manager experience
  • Strong knowledge in integrated demand & supply planning, warehousing & distribution, order management and customer collaboration processes
  • Demonstrated experience in leading or facilitating S&OP process
  • Enterprise IT knowledge - User-knowledge in SAP ERP and Advanced Planning with strong inclination towards IT adaptation to drive productivity and operation excellence
  • Strong knowledge inintegrated demand & supply planning, warehousing & distribution, order management and customer collaboration processes
  • Demonstrated experience and results in managing a warehouse & distribution operation
  • Enterprise IT knowledge - User-knowledge in SAP ERP and Warehouse Management/Transport Management System with strong inclination towards IT adaptation to drive productivity and operation excellence

  • Cross-business organization - Know how to manoeuvre in a cross-business organization, i.e. how to optimize resources and knowledge, partnering with cross-functional peers and other business groups to deliver results
  • Analytic skills and problem Solving - Meticulous and strong with numbers. Ability to convert insights from data analysis into diagnostic and solution
  • Communication skills - Effective verbal and written communication skills, including excellent presentation skills. Can communicate with people from multiple business units at multiple levels, and can provide strategic/tactical guidance in a collaborative, consultative, and positive manners
  • Customer centricity - Putting customer first, align internal processes towards customers. Good with customer engagement and ability to communicate with customer senior management
