Job Description


  • Handle full spectrum of payroll processing and administration for Singapore entities (approx. total staff strength 200) by working with payroll vendor and making sure that the monthly payroll is completed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Prepare monthly payroll reconciliation, individual income tax reporting, tax clearance for work pass holders, government-paid leave, NSman make-up claim and payroll audit
  • Handle work pass applications and renewals when required
  • Familiar Singapore Employment Act and handle MOM Survey
  • Maintain and update HR systems
  • Handle benefits administration which includes inpatient and outpatient medical, leave management etc
  • Experience with Workday, payroll software
  • Responsible for the office management and administration matters
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned


  • Diploma or Degree holder with at least 3 years relevant working experience
  • Experience in payroll processing for more than 100 headcounts
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Comprehensive understanding of employment regulations
  • Familiar with payroll-related standards and best practices
  • Analytical, meticulous, and numerically inclined
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and under tight timelines
