Job Description
. Manage all HR & payroll administrative processes including shortlisting for interviews and on-boarding process.
. Manage all general office & administrative duties such as purchasing office supplies, stationeries and pantry items.
. Manage office vendors and systems to ensure routine office upkeep including attending to office guests.
. Attend to incoming calls, office mail and couriers services, including sorting, sending and receiving parcels and mails.
. Manage overseas travel arrangements (flight and hotel bookings, applications) and post-travel claim reports.
. Plan and execute logistics for company events, team meetings and company social events.
. Support the Managing Director in any other administrative duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
. Related experience within an administrative/secretarial role.
. Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
. Ability to work independently, resourceful, and with good organization skills.
. Proficiency in MS office preferable.
