Job Description

Job Responsibilities
- Working closely with Departments to manage reports and coordinate internal work
- Provide office support and ensure smooth information flow and communication among various internal and external stakeholders
- Outreach to vendors for business procurement-related maters
- Perform general administrative duties and office maintenance matters
- Provide basic IT technical support and administration for the organisation
- Support HR administration and recruitment process to fulfill the staffing needs of the organisation.
- Other ad-hoc projects or administration duties

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Possess at least a Diploma in Business Management or equivalent qualification
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and with basic IT troubleshooting skills
- Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels in the organization and stakeholders in both verbal and written English
- Self-motivated team leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A team player who values the importance of team ministry
