Industry: Hyperscale Data Centre Developer MNC Environment Location: Town
The Role: You will be responsible for managing the People function operational matters, onboarding and offboarding process, drives people performance and business partnering support and partners up with Rewards, Culture & Learning, Talent Acquisition and DEI&B functions. Driving and implementing best People practices together with People Director and stakeholders across the APAC region.
Responsibilities:- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions programs (including payroll) and processes within APAC.
- Execute the People strategies and tactical activities or plans according to global and APAC objectives.
- Support internal communication on HR cycle programmes, HR policies as well as engagement.
- To maintain a full and up-to-date knowledge of regional employment law and human resources best practice.
- Integrate and partner with regional & global People teams in People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Culture & Learning, Compensation, Legal, and HR Programs teams to implement solutions and help scale the business solutions.
- Participate and lead projects as an integral member of the extended People community.
- Execution of onboarding / offboarding processes such as induction program, new hire announcement, completion of probation review, updating HR employee database, exit clearance and notification to the respective stakeholders.
- To work closely with Finance on payroll matters and ensure accurate information sent to the payroll team in a timely manner.
- Review any Internal / External audit findings / issues which are related with People Operations and ensure that they are addressed accordingly.
- To perform any ad-hoc projects / duties as necessary.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, communications, or related field.
- Possess at least 6-8 years of relevant experience.
- Progressive experience in the HR generalist or operations capacity.
- Demonstrates project management and change management experience.
- Effective communication and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of APAC Employment Laws and regulations. Experience with APAC multi-location preferred.
- Positive can do attitude and strong team player with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural and matrix environment effectively.
- Self-starter with ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
- Creative, innovative and always looking for better ways to resolve problems.
