Job Description :
Full spectrum of HR generalist duties, excluding payroll
HR duties include but are not limited to recruitment, on-boarding\/ off-boarding, leave processing, attendance monitoring and staff welfare
Expatriates management, visa application and employment pass applications
Renewal of company's insurance
Admin duties, which include but are not limited to, receptionist duties, paperwork\/ filing, liaising with contractors, liaison point for incoming and outgoing mails.
Other admin duties as and when required

Minimum Diploma certification
Experience in handling confidential data
Meticulous attention to detail
Sense of responsibility
Proactive-ness and ability to work with minimal supervision
Understanding of MOM laws and regulations
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Conflict management skills
Would be a plus point if candidate is IT savvy
