Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, job posting, pre-screening, first round interviews, and hiring of qualified job applicants, and collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for each opening.
Creates learning and training programs for staffs, that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
Apply for Workpass (Work Permit, S-Pass, Employment Pass, Letter of Consent) for new internal hires, as well as for our clients.
You will be required to attend the training and obtain the Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) so that you have the rights to apply for Workpasses on behalf of our clients.
Perform Payroll computation and processing for our own organisation, as well as for our payroll clients.
Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Facilitate and work with departmental managers on the Annual Performance Appraisal process
Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
