  • Posting of job advertisements on job portals 
  • Coordination of interview arrangements with Hiring managers
  • Tracking of Interviews outcome and generate recruitment report
  • Preparation of Employment Letters for new hires
  • Preparation of documents for onboarding and employment letter signing
  • Coordination of career / recruitment fairs 
  • Sourcing of candidates when required
  • Students currently pursing a Degree in HR Management / Business Administration
  • Good knowledge in MS Words, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Communicative, proactive and keen to learn
  • Meticulous and a team player
