Job Description

Overview:
To oversee and manage the overall training within the organization. Need to be able to
toggle between Recruitment Team and Shared Services as there’s interrelation between the
whole HR Group. To create an ecosystems in this velocity, ever changing and challenging
environment. Observe the working culture and behaviour, and provide ideas and
suggestions to improve the work processes to provide result in shorter time frame.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain training database in order to ensure proper tracking and
reporting.
- Keep track of expiration and renewals of certifications (e.g. Food & Hygiene
Certificate).
- Liaise and manage funding with government agencies such as SSG for training grants
and administration.
- Handle all training administration & coordination, including sourcing of training
courses, quotations, registration and setting of invoices with training vendors and
facilities which include all in-house trainings and WSQ Programs.
- Work with stakeholders to coordinate training schedule and meetings
- Collate training attendance and evaluation
- Identify training and development opportunities
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in HR or equivalent.
- Candidates with relevant experience in training and development will have an
advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat will be advantage.
- Meticulous, resourceful, responsible and possess a sharp and analytical mind.
- High adaptability and able to work with minimum supervision in fast pace
environment.
