My client is a well established Singapore headquartered Fintech start up. They are a fast growing organiazation and have plans to to further expand and grow the business. They are now looking for a hands on and driven individual to join them as a HR Business Partner.
about the job
You will be undertaking the role of a HRBP, your role includes but not limiting to:
  • Oversee all HR related functions - Recruitment, C&B, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Payroll etc.
  • Participate in formulating HR solutions and programmes alongside business stakeholders and department heads to address workforce and business needs.
  • Communicate and implement new policies and processes to the floor.
  • Conduct cross department communications, ensure that work processes are optimized.
  • Be a strong advisor regarding current compensation structure, ensuring that it is equitable, attractive and drives desired results.
  • Assess current training programs from a macro perspective, analyze gaps and suggest appropriate coaching, training and mentoring activities.

about the manager/team
You will be reporting into the HR Manager.
skills and experience required
You will be degree qualified in HRM or other related field of studies and have at least 5 years of generalist experience. Candidates who have experience working within the Tech/ start up space are highly encouraged to apply. You will be someone who is hands on and comfortable with working in an environment that's fast changing. You will also be someone who is able to converse well, adopt a positive attitude and build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels.
