Reports to Managing Director & Senior Manager
Lead,direct and manage the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department from entire recruitment cycle, to p-file management to conflicts/ grievance resolutions
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Partner with the Management & Head of Departments to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention and negotiations.
Bridging Management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Attend meetings with Project Clients, Management on Manpower matters/issues
Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan & packages
Manage project manpower budgets
Perform other duties as assigned
Min 6 years experience in HR as a generalist, with at least 2-3 years in managerial position (Experience in Construction industry would be advantageous)
Min degree in HR or any other relevant related fields
Flexible and quick thinking in situations
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Good negotiation & conflict management skills
Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
