Job Description

JOB SCOPE

Human Resource Operations Officer reports directly to the Head of Human Resource. The job holder will assist in handling the recruitment and selection function, payroll processing, learning & development functions and employee services.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Assist in monitoring the manpower requirements of the various operations such as Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping and Security.

2. Assist in posting and shortlistings of applicants from the electronic job postings such as jobstreet, skillsfuture jobs portals, SHA job portals.

3. Liaising with Hiring Managers on the available dates and timing of the interview sessions. And make arrangements for the shortlisted applicant to attend the sessions.

4. Offer of employment to the suitable applicants after the selection has been finalised.

5. Preparation of of the Letter of Employment to the suitable applicants.

6. Conduct onboarding session with the applicants on the first day of employment.

7. Conduct orientation session for all newly recruited employees.

8. Assist in processing the re-employment contract to employees who have reached the Retirement age.

9. Assist in verifying of attendance for the overtime, night shift allowances and room incentive payments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Possess a Bachelor of Human Resource Management from local universities or foreign universities.

2. Relevant working experiences and exposures in areas of recruitment & selection, learning & development and employee services.

3. Has some knowledge in the Employment Act of Singapore, Work Injury Act etc .

4. Able to work independently and as well as a team member.

5. Able to commence employment immediately or within short notice period of two weeks.
