Intern - Human Resources Admin
ARYZTA Singapore is a multinational company, supplying buns and other baked products to QSR restaurants and other wholesale customers. We currently have a position open for Intern - Human Resources Admin.
Your duties will include:
. Administer all human resources documents into the system
. Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information organizing work.
. Arrange interview schedule, and prepare necessary documents for recruitment and selection within the business.
. All pre-employment arrangement activities - issues medical examination slip - issue forms, reference check and track and file, completed forms
.. Assist to facilitate, create e-learning courses and materials ( storyboarding, voiceover scripts etc) and Monitor E-learning System Reports
. Carry out writing, and editing duties when required for non-E-learning Projects
. Diploma Holder Business Studies, Human Resources or equivalent
. No Working Experience Required. Student are welcome.
. Energetic individual, interpersonal skills and communication skills
. Problem Solving and People-oriented
. Well-versed with MS Office.
