Provide professional consultation to high net-worth clients.

Perform sales pitch to interest prospects and close them
Update clients information into CRM system and provide regular follow up on clients needs closely
Provide high-quality Singapore's full range of business and lifestyle information advice for precision clients, such as Singapore Immigration Policy and Registered Company Policy
To handle clients contract signing until payment made
Must be able to achieve sales KPI
Able to work as team to assist the rest of team members
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience with at least Diploma in any discipline
Able to build good rapport with prospects and clients quickly and in a professional and courteous manner
Demonstrates professional, proactive
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Strong command of English and Chinese. Familiar in communication with social media platform such as we chat
Strong people relationship, Problem solver, Team player
Sales focused, result-orientated and ability to generate ideas
Good customer relationship skill and must be able to response to online or phone enquiries promptly.
Living in Singapore for 5 years or more, has an in-depth understanding of various life information in Singapore, and paying attention to Singapore's people's livelihood policy
Have a sense of identity with Singapore and can objectively introduce the advantages and disadvantages of Singapore
Good understanding on Chinese traditional culture and Chinese business culture, and have experience in dealing with Chinese corporate key personnel e.g HR / finance / personal assistants
