Job Description :
As part of the Cloud Infra team to support the capability of the Cloud platforms to deliver a cost effective and sustained level of availability to meet customers’ requirements. Incorporate continuous improvement process in operations through constant monitoring, reporting, evaluating and improving the operation metrics.
  • Responsible for driving the resolution of all GPC related incidents
  • Handle all P1 incidents
  • Notify and update the relevant parties during P1 incident
  • Submit P1 incident report within the stipulated time
  • Keeping track of SLA during a service outage
  • Coordinating effort from Cloud Infrastructure Engineer(s) and product vendors
  • Co-relate incidents to form a holistic view of all related incidents
  • Ensure Incidents are correctly categorized, and all details of investigation and resolution are
  • correctly and comprehensively recorded
  • Perform monthly analysis of incidents and provide analytical reports
  • Perform ITSM Change Manager role (as a backup)

The ideal profile should have / be:
  • At least 3-8 years of experience in incident management.
