Site Name: Singapore - Jurong Posted Date: Jan 14 2022 Office Location: Jurong Hiring Manager: Production Manager Number of internship positions: 1 Preferred Period of Internship Required: June/July to Dec 2022 Preferred Course of Intern: Bachelor in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry Job Purpose Enabling projects for New Product Introductions Key Activities: This project focus on enabling projects to ensure that VS2 remains the choice building for New Product Introduction This mimics a role of production engineer leading a expansion project, giving the candidate a hands-on and experience in the capacity of the project lead. Key highlights: Improving flexibility of dispensing isolators and charging isolators for use across 3 separate production trains Implement a series of improvement projects with working alongside with engineers and technicians to increase the operability of equipment and enable quick introduction of new process. The candidate can expect to assist in the implementation of GPS (GSK production system) deploying OE tools to achieve zero waste, zero defects and standardisation Learning outcomes: On-the-job learning with The individual will also be given opportunity to work along side with the technicians and mentor engineer for a better understanding of the process.
