IT Hardware & Software Testing Executive | $4000 per month | Immediate
Our client is a statutory board of the Singapore government, under the Prime Minister's Office.
  • Responsible to conduct hardware and software compatibility testing activities for Standard Image Build Personal Computers (PC) according to test plan and escalate testing issues to Supervisor when required
  • Assist to conduct testing of new implementations, document and report to Supervisor the testing observations
  • Oversee testing progress and ensure contractors meet testing timeline
  • Coordinate with various Central Service Providers for testing with Central Services and ensure all testing are completed and documents are submitted on time
  • Manage and track the hardware inventory used for testing and the number of newly supported devices per year
  • Coordinate logistics such as hardware movement with multiple contractors
  • Manage the update and filing of documents such as inventory records, handover forms and quality management documents
  • Coordinate and track Software Packages archival progress
  • Ensure project documents in Portals are updated

  • Preferably Degree/ Diploma & at least 2 years of experience in related field
  • Tech-savvy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office and technology tools
  • Strong aptitude to learn quickly and pick up new skills, highly adaptable
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented and organized
  • Independent and good team player
