Kerry Consulting has been appointed by a global bank to identify a L2 Incident Manager with Cash Management and Payments experience to build and lead a team in Singapore.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for building and leading a team to support production activities for Cash Management and Compliance in Asia Pacific. You will keep track of incidents and ensured all tickets are addressed as per service level agreements in place and in a timely manner. Your key stakeholders will be the business lines, the middle and back office as well as vendors and regulators.
Requirements
You have experience supporting application production activities in a banking environment. You understand the principles and practices of incident and problem management. You have a strong understanding of payments, local clearing systems and host to host. You have experience in supporting payment filtering and anti-money laundering activities. You are a team player with great analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
