Responsibilities:

  • Support all incoming ServiceNow tickets.
  • PC refresh, asset disposal and update all IT assets’ on ServiceNow.
  • Keep track of corporate mobile devices and support.
  • Install and configure Windows OS and applications on laptops, printers.
  • Hardware maintenance including laptops, printers, audio, projectors.
  • Cisco IP phone setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Assist or cooperate with ad-hoc projects on an as-needed basis.
  • Produce and update IT training and/or knowledge base documents.
  • Conduct IT training where necessary.
  • Technical support on-site users or remote users outside Singapore over the phone or Bomgar remote support tool.
  • Manage the timely and effective handling of inquiries and requests for guidance.
  • Undertake any other similar IT duties as required.
  • Rotate between JEM and Gul Plant site
  • Provide off-hour support for the Infrastructure team

Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Technology
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT department.
  • Effective oral and written communications skills in English.
  • Good interpersonal and customer care skills.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
  • Good ability to drive initiatives forward when priorities conflict/are unclear.
  • Good ability to understand and apply best-practice standards to all aspects of daily services.
  • Good ability to utilize the applications for Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Office 365, Teams, OneDrive) for support.
  • Team player and good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Logical thinker.
  • Work collaboratively with the global IT Team (Tier 1, 2, and 3) and external vendors
