Job Description

Key Responsibilities
• Provide on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, inspection, installation, and repair of customer product.
• Provide prompt and efficient post-installation technical support to the customers.
• Serves as customer contact in technical and service-related issues.
• Coordinate and communicate the status of assigned installations and repairs to internal and external stakeholders.
• Work overtime as per needed by customers to ensure service continuity. Able to work shift as per requirements, including emergency troubleshooting of instruments.
• Be proficient in functionality of the instruments and understand the processes required in the installation, upgrades and repairs.
• Comply with all local BD established policies, procedures, and practices through consistent application of these principles.
• Diploma or Degree holder in the field of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)
• 2-3 experience of experience working with end-users
• Ability to handle ambiguity and assertive
Location: Woodland and Tuas.
Working Hours : 12 hours shift (work 4 days, off 3 days)
It is important Engineers will be exposed to COVID testing site (i.e. red zone) but will be provided training by customer with appropriate PPE . It is a non-air cond working environment.
