  • Support IT equipment like desktop, laptop, printer and etc.
  • Provide L1 application support to operator staff on troubleshooting application like (a) GP-Connect EMR (b) GP-Connect Q-TV.
  • Log case should issue cannot be resolved Follow strictly on guidelines provided Managed support hotline Ensure service reports are signed off by the user who logged the problem undergo onsite orientation training and familiarization with the scope of works for a minimum of Three (3) days before they start attending/servicing end-users.
  • work with onsite team to conduct internal quality checks on procedures and processes such as, but not limited to:
  • Ensuring that the SOP crafted addresses an In-Scope Institution’s operation requirements.
