Job Description


This position is for junior PMO inside PCM section is in charge of the global monitoring and reporting around CBI activities (+300 FTE developing and maintaining solutions for the Corporate Banking including 3 strategic projects).
This position aims primarily to cover all PMO activities of the department. KPI project supervision as well as all budget activities. Also the candidate coordinate with other CBI PMOs will follow and manage the CBI staff plan. The junior PMO is actively supporting the continuous improvement and change management journey of the department. In addition the candidate will support the heads of CBI their weekly agenda.

Main responsibilities
PMO activities

Budget follow-up,
Follow the global staff,
Follow and update the project risk
Update the budget tools and PMO referentials
Follow the production of the project documentation
Produce the global projects dashboard for the head of ISIS and head of ISAP CBI
Help the ISIS Release Manager to produce the follow-up dashboard (Risk, Quality KPI, Alert, Planning, Budget)
Assist the Heads of CBI to organize their agenda
Contribute to the change management activities of CBI

Continuous improvement and change management

Evaluate the efficiency of the current project management process
Propose improvements in accordance with our internal project management methodology
Coach the project managers to deploy new methodologies and process
Propose new template and evolution of process in efficiency way
Propose new metrics in order to measure the productivity and risk on the projects

Qualifications and Profile

 Good Knowledge on IT PMO activities (minimum 1 years of experience)
 Good knowledge Risk management
 Good knowledge in Waterfall SDLC and Agile method
 Experience on change management would be a plus


 Good Knowledge of Project Management tools (e.g. Ms Project)
