- 6 off days a month.

- Uniform provided.

- Staff meal provided.

- Retention Bonus of $500 after 6 months.

- Located in Novena.

- Maintain work discipline of junior staff

- Schedule staff off and leave

- Take the lead in kitchen operations

- Train junior staff

- Attend to owner requests

- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen

- Monitor and maintain inventory to ensure sufficient levels and reduce spoilage

- Perform ordering and price monitoring

- Reduce wastage

- Process raw ingredients

- Execute recipes

Job Requirements:

- Good work attitude

- Fluent in spoken and written English

- Good at modern plating a plus

- Meticulous and systematic in work

- Familiar with Microsoft Excel

- Able to follow detailed SOP

- High personal standards

- Responsive to requests

- Interest in experimentation
