As a Talent Acquisition specialities your key responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
  • Partnering with Stakeholders, understanding the business needs and potential hiring demand
  • Building strong talents pipeline for the growing business using various hiring channels with focus on direct sourcing methodology and online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and conduct HR interviews
  • Diploma with at least 1 year of relevant exp preferably in the related field
  • Adequate understanding of the employment landscape, trends, practices and employment legislation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work as a team in a global context.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a high-growth environment.
  • 3 Month Contract Position
