Job Description

Salt Talent Search is looking for Kitchen Support/Cook with relevant relevant cooking / F&B experience
What Will You Do:

1. Support the day-to-day operations of Kitchen's food & beverage operations:
a. handle/prepare food in a safe, hygienic and sanitary manner
b. follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
c. pack orders carefully to ensure that all orders are sent out correctly
d. assist to receive goods, conduct daily inventory checks
e. maintain a clean and safe work area as well as sanitation standards
2. Provide proactive, prompt and regular feedback and suggestions on kitchen operational process improvement and efficiency
3. Onboarding and training new hires
4. Perform with high standards of compliance to SOPs to ensure Food Safety Standards:
a. comply with SFA & Kitchen Food Safety SOPs to prevent cross-contamination and prevent leakage of trade/business information
b. maintain shop cleanliness and adhering to Food and Safety Procedures at all times
c. assist to monitor daily sales and inventory movement

Applicants with Food Hygiene Certificate
Well-groomed and presentable with friendly and cheerful disposition
Training provided
Confident communicator with high level of customer service attitude
Able to work well independently and in a team
Work within all policies and procedures, in particular health and safety, equal opportunities, confidentiality and data protection
WSQ Certification in Food Hygiene
Comfortable with handling or having direct contact with products containing pork / alcohol.
