Job Description
LazLive is Lazada's in-app livestreaming shoppertainment. It provides a vibrant platform to
increase interaction and engagement between sellers & customers. Bringing the mos
desired content and products to Lazada's customers.
The candidate will be part of the Marketing team in Singapore and leading a team. The
candidate needs to be a strong communicator and able to work with multiple stakeholders.
. Lead, create and execute Lazada content strategy and FY plans for BAU & Mega IP livestreaming, with the objective to grow viewership, watching duration and order number in the livestreaming room.
. Lead livestreaming team & internal production team to build strong Lazada IP from conceptualization, ideation, show mechanism creation and execution.
. Oversee various livestreaming shows across platform generated IP and user/seller generated content to ensure successful launch and smooth streaming.
. Drive cross function conversation with traffic, commercial, seller team to align on livestreaming onsite support, slot, SKU implementation and vouchers to be given within the show.
. Lead quarterly budget planning for livestreaming with procurement and legal team.
. On-going performance review of on-going livestreaming shows and lead optimization for better performance.
Job Requirements
. Min. Bachelor's Degree
. More than 6 years relevant work experience in content creation/livestreaming/ TV program production industry.
. Prior people management skills preferred
. Experience in high rating TV program production or project management is a bonus.
. Passion for e-commerce industry and digital media savvy.
. Results oriented and a great leader, with strong stakeholder and team management skills
. Inspiring to team members and cultivate diversity.
. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
