. Identify risk factors that impact efficiency and safety of transport execution.
. Optimise use of allocated resources within business activities.
. To review daily transport operational activities and ensure all delivery activities are carried out within schedule in a very efficient and cost-effective manner
. Manage deployment for vehicles and drivers
. Schedule vehicles for routine servicing / repairs / LTA inspection.
. Meet compliance at all times to regulations
. Ensure all customers standard operating procedures are followed and updated
. Timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)
. Troubleshoot operational issues encountered
. To perform additional ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned
. Previous experience in Logistics & Supply Chain (Transportation industry) will be an advantage.
. Minimum with 2 years experience in Transportation industry preferred.
. Strong communication, presentation and customer service skills.
. Ability to perform under a fast-paced and performance driven environment
. Able to work independently with pro-active attitude.
