The Lead Business Development Manager (Managed Services) leads our most challenging customers into the digital age. Reporting into NCS Enterprise Data and Managed Services division, he/she engages new customers, builds, identifies, drives, orchestrates and closes opportunities with customers that produce transformative business outcomes. They drive Digital Transformation business opportunities for our Global and Enterprise clients leading to multi-year managed services deals for managed services. Using relationship, value and solution selling methodologies, they collaborate with our product teams, client facing units, technical and presale team to identify, qualify, engage and drives the opportunities to closure.
1. Provide support to Client Service Units and provide advice and recommendations with regards to Cloud and IT infrastructure management services.
2. Engage clients, build a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, identify, drives, orchestrate and close opportunities with clients that produce transformative business outcomes.
3. Strategize and position NCS unique value proposition to hunt for new logos and expand existing opportunities to build pipeline
4. Drive business opportunities with our clients leading to multi-year service transformation with cloud.
5. Engage and work with various teams within organization and develop a pursuit plan for bids and solutions
6. Direct and/or coordinate supporting sales activities
7. Manage inputs from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, solution team, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery
8. Track risk and management throughout the bid process
9. Understand and resolve complex technical, strategic and business issues
10. Prepare and review the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the client

The ideal candidate should have/be:
1. Proven sales track record in selling Cloud, managed services, infrastructure services, and is able handle complex deals
2. Able to handle client objection and manage client expectation at senior customer levels (Directors and CIO).
3. Technical knowledge of products, solution or service offerings as well as competitor's offerings.
4. Understands the role of IT within area of specialization and how the company's solutions address specific vertical industry challenges as well as their cross-segment capabilities.
5. Demonstrates leadership and initiative in successfully driving Infrastructure and Management solutions sales in accounts - prospecting, negotiating and closing deals
6. Demonstrates high service or product knowledge and professionalism in researching and sharing service-related information
7. Teamwork and collaboration to work with teams
8. Strong communication presentation skills
9. Analytical, meticulous
10. Flexible, adaptable
11. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or similar information technology-related discipline with more than 10 years of IT/Technology sales experience
