Our client is a well established professional services organization which delivers learning programmes and training materials in the banking and finance domain. Their programmes equip professionals with knowledge and expertise to be a market leader within the industry. They are now looking for a Learning Programme Manager who is passionate about helping others achieve their potential through lifelong learning.
about the job
You will be undertaking the role of a Learning Programme Manager, your role includes but not limiting to:
  • Market outreach and business development to potential organizations on utilising programmes.
  • Managing end to end training and delivery of curriculum and programmes.
  • Partner closely with external vendors and trainers to deliver programmes that are aligned with objectives and goals.
  • Digitalising physical training contents and manage LMS platform.
  • Support delivery of leadership conferences.

about the manager/team
You will be reporting into the Director and be working in a team of 4.
skills and experience required
You will be degree qualified in HRM or related fields of studies and possess at least 5 years of experience as a Learning Designer. You will have proven project management experience and the ability to multi task and excel in a fast paced environment. You should be digitally savvy and be proficient with managing various digital platforms. Possessing an ACTA certification would be ideal and put you on a league above the others.
