Job Description


  • Conduct lectures, tutorials, e-lessons, practical and laboratory sessions
  • Review, design and develop course/subject materials
  • Supervise student internships and projects
  • Collaborate with industry to enhance students’ learning via field trips and overseas programs
  • Provide advice to the diploma student club on student development matters


  • Qualification in related built environment disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Facility Management (FM) of buildings, preferably with experience in the planning of preventive, routine and predictive maintenance of building systems
  • Have prior experience and in-depth knowledge in building systems integration and optimisation
  • Well-verse in local FM, specifically in building-related legislations and authority submissions
  • Possess related certification in building systems testing and commissioning, workplace safety and health, and/or building diagnostics
  • Competent in planning, managing and developing training programs in building systems maintenance and diagnostics
  • Resourceful with passion and genuine interest to share knowledge and interact with youth
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills with good written and verbal communication abilities
  • Possess strong project management skills
  • Ability to work independently to meet deadlines and achieve deliverables
